Fortress la Chartreuse
A few weeks ago I visited this urbex classic location.
This fortress was build in 1817 by the Dutch near Liege. It has been used by the Belgium army, German army, and USA army.
The fort closed in 1980 and has been left alone since then…
Strange stories were told about this fortress, like somebody finding a corpse, guard dogs etc.

Stunning pictures.
I like how on the last picture the trees grow through the bricks of the facade on the 2nd floor, it looks a bit photoshopped!

Where I used to live, some funny people put plastic hands with lots of fake blood around them in random spots around sites like these. And it looks like a place where i'd take my dog out, not a lot of people around.. (and if there are, they'd be scared shitless by the appearance of a "guard" with a "ferocious guarddog".Strange stories were told about this fortress, like somebody finding a corpse, guard dogs etc.
Anyway.. I recently bought myself a camera. I hope i can make photographs like these someday.
