If you have a VDSL2 line in Belgium and you want to know more about your dsl line data or your max speed, the web interface of the Bbox2 modem (ugly modem) doesn't give all that info...

So I've made a little tool that reads out your modem data:


You can start it with this link its a java webstart, so it can be used on any system with a 1.6 JRE (tested on Windows 7 and Snow Leopard)

4 x 1 TB (raid 5) is dus niet genoeg...

Toch maar eens gaan kijken naar de 2 TB disks...gelukkig beginnen ze al wat goedkoper te worden..link

Why change something that's working?

I've used the Microsoft remote desktop client before and in all versions of Windows, if you needed to connect to the main console you could just specify that with the /console switch.

Not in Windows 7.

Its now the /admin switch...


Too bad that doens't help if you're using a tool like visonapp remote desktop...the connect to console option doens't work anymore with Windows 7 as client system.
